Jelifao provides an online learning and webinar platform that enables users to participate in live broadcasts, access educational content, and interact with instructors and other participants. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Live and recorded webinar sessions on business and sales topics
• Interactive communication tools including messaging and Q&A features
• Access to guides, resources, and supplementary educational materials
• Account management and profile features
• Notifications, scheduling, and event management tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Credentials

• Reproducing, distributing, selling, or sublicensing any content from the platform without our express written authorization
• Recording, capturing, or redistributing live or recorded sessions without explicit permission
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users, instructors, or staff
• Introducing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code into the platform

4.3 Content Standards

Any content you submit, post, or share through the platform must comply with our content standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

5.1 Our Content

All content on the Jelifao platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video recordings, webinar materials, course content, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Jelifao and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any such content without our prior written consent.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

5.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the platform, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

9.3 Results Not Guaranteed

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred units of the currency applicable to your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jelifao and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund for prepaid fees unless otherwise specified.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to cases where we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
